[Prototype Development] Development of Actuators for Rockets (2016)

We support development for various applications such as healthcare, aviation, and agriculture!

Our company brings to life our customers' desires, such as "I want to do this" or "Is it possible to create this?" We start by determining whether shape memory alloys match our customers' needs, followed by proposing designs and shapes, selecting compositions and processing conditions, and we handle everything from the completion of prototypes to consultations for mass production. This time, we received requests from domestic manufacturers and prototyped three types of actuators. One type was created by processing wire, while the other two were made through casting. All of them are designed to deform under predetermined temperature conditions and function as actuators by returning to their original shape upon heating.
